October Project - Part 3

Read Part 1 and Part 2.

In my last update, I told you that I was 70% done.

Then I saw a (different) design.

I had a crazy moment.

I wanted to make said design.

So I discarded the 70% and started anew.

Yes, you can tell me that I'm mad. I'll agree with you.

I've done the same, started something and then didn't like it as much as something else and began again.
I like the color flecks and design of your new/old project and the trim is pretty, too.

Hope and wishing you a fabulous week!

You're mad, Jace!!!

... but I would have done the same thing. ;)

I love the color of the yarn with the flecks of dark in it. It looks soft, too.

Zarina: I'm glad I'm not the only one to do a crazy thing like this. :)

Brandy: The flecks in the yarn make it look organic IMO. :) I had the choice of the yarn with or without the flecks - I must say I really like how this one is looking. :)

The new design is clean, simple and lighter. And triangular. The old design was rectangular and weighed much heavier. I can't wait to finish it. :)

Christine: Oh, I absolutely agree with you (that I'm mad)! :D I just wished the madness had come sooner! :D

The yarn is a wool + acrylic mix and is wonderfully soft. I really like it. :)
